Creating a WordPress site relies on the page layout to effectively communicate all of your information. I recommend having someone custom design your website so that it will work, flow, and look exactly how you want it. But if you can’t afford a designer, there are two drag-and-drop plugins that I would recommend for you to use.
The drag-and-drop plugins have various aspects for you to drop into a page that have all the information you need, like a title or body text. Each of these plugins allows you to work with your chosen theme and use widgets that you want on your site.
Beaver Builder is easy to use for beginners and comes with a tour for users to familiarize themselves with the plugin. This plugin has three price ranges: standard, pro, and agency.
- Standard costs $99 per year and covers unlimited sites, the page builder plugin, support for one year, modules, and templates.
- Pro costs $199 per year and covers everything in standard, plus the Beaver Builder theme and WorldPress Multisite installations.
- Agency costs $299 per year and covers everything listed above. It also includes white labeling, which allows you to change the words Page Builder and Beaver Builder in the WordPress admin area and replace/modify core templates.
Divi is a plugin from Elegant Themes. They have 88 themes and five plugins. It’s easy to use, and you can create and save your own layouts. You can also export one layout from one installation to another, if needed. When buying access to Divi, you can invest in the lifetime access for a one-time cost of $249 or annual access of $89 per year.
